Double-end crimping and continuity testing deployed for a platform harness programme with two terminal types per wire.
Challenge
The harness had to be terminated with a different terminal at each end and inspected before packing, while cut lengths and crimp height had to stay repeatable across the batch.
Configuration
An RH-CP320 double-end crimping machine was configured with two independently set applicators, paired with an RH-CS100 for pre-processing and an RH-TS200 for final continuity and mapping verification.
Result
Both ends are terminated in one automatic cycle and every harness is verified against a stored test program before packaging.
